Tom Photoix on the Nikon D3100

Tom Photoix reviews the Menu Settings on the Nikon D3100.

Helpful, but not detailed or specific enough.  Still, it's a good beginning; hence the name, "Nikon D3100 beginner videos and Tutorials, Part 2."

Trim will trim down your photo.

Quick Retouch allows light and dark contrasts on/in the camera itself before subjecting the image to a photo editor.

Color Outline turns your picture into a kind of sketch.  This is a toying feature as is the fish eye effect and not serious editing tools.

RECENT SETTINGS is just that.  It lists the settings that you've recently played with.

The question mark button (?) at the left of the menu allows you to ask the camera questions and figure out what one of the settings means.  Handy feature!!
